Emily O’Loughlin is an ambitious entrepreneur, investor, and consultant with a passion for driving innovation across industries. As the Director and Founder of Align Production Health Inc., she has built and scaled a multi-million-dollar business, offering solutions in healthcare, film, and beyond. Emily’s expertise spans business strategy, private equity investments, and consulting, with a focus on bold, results-driven solutions that create impact.
Emily is a trusted leader in the film industry, specializing in intimacy coordination, medical consulting, and health and safety solutions for large studios and productions. Her work ensures the well-being of cast and crew while keeping productions running smoothly.
Now focused on consulting, investments in tech, AI, and startups, Emily thrives on turning ambitious ideas into reality. Her commitment to excellence, creativity, and pushing boundaries defines her work, whether she’s supporting a business, a production, or a high-growth venture
Medical Director
Dr. Louis Scheepers, Physician, B.SC., M.B.B.Ch.
Dr. Louis Scheepers has been providing medical oversight for Align Production Health since they were founded. Dr. Scheepers is an Independent Medical Practice Professional and currently serves as BC Children’s Hospital’s Head Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist. Dr. Scheepers is passionate about research that improves clinical care.
Operations Manager
Libby Scott, RN, BSN
Libby Scott is a Registered Nurse and experienced Project Manager. With a nursing degree from the University of British Columbia and a psychology degree from Acadia University, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and a holistic approach to her work.
With clinical experience in women's health, public health, and occupational health, Libby has demonstrated her ability to deliver comprehensive care and support to diverse populations. Her exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail have made her a standout in project management, both in the healthcare field and film industry.
During the pandemic, Libby successfully oversaw the execution of multimillion-dollar projects in the film and TV industry. Her excellent leadership, strategic vision, and dedication ensured the successful completion of these initiatives.
Libby's drive for excellence, ability to motivate teams, and adept problem-solving skills have consistently exceeded expectations. Her commitment to continuous learning and growth is a testament to her dedication to providing exceptional care and service to Align’s clients.
Systems Manager
Dane Brown
Dane joins Align after a decade of building creative companies in the food, beverage, and entertainment sectors. As our operations lead, he is a systems specialist who maintains an agile, solutions-oriented mindset and ensures that our team's workflow integrates flawlessly with the tools and technology we use to maintain a world class standard of care.
Clinical Nurse Leader
Rhylie Lee, RN, BSN
Rhylie is a Registered Nurse and highly experienced team lead. She received her Bachelor’s of Science from North Island College on Vancouver Island, and boasts an extensive background in both acute and clinical based care.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Rhylie’s approach to nursing involves treating each patient as an individual, taking the time to understand their unique needs in order to ensure that the highest standards of care are met. Her attention to detail, as well as her ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease, make her an invaluable part of any healthcare team. Rhylie is excited to participate in the advancement of healthcare with the Align Production Health team as their Clinical Nurse Leader.
CFO
Justin Wright, CPA
Justin Wright, CPA, CA obtained his Chartered Accountant (now Chartered Professional Accountant) Designation in 2015 after graduating with his Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 2012. Justin articled at a mid-size accounting firm in Vancouver where he did audit engagements while specializing in private enterprise work mostly relating to income tax and estate planning.
Justin recognizes the importance of working closely with his team and appreciates maintaining close working relationships. Justin is proud to have worked with groups in many industries including medical and laboratory, legal, technology, and a wide variety of owner-operated companies.
When there is spare time, Justin enjoys being on the ocean on the Sunshine Coast with his family and friends.

Veronika Kurz
Veronika Kurz is part of the admin team at Align Production Health. With a keen eye for detail, she approaches her work with efficiency and organization in mind. Drawing from her experience as an award-winning director and producer, Veronika adapts quickly to evolving circumstances and excels at working collaboratively.
